Jo Kennedy facilitates Focusing in one to one sessions and teaches Focusing to groups. 

Your investment for a one to one session is  $75.00 per 50 minutes.

3 sessions booked and paid for  in advance are at the lower price of $200.00

If you would like a longer session, the cost is $100 for 90 minutes.
It is possible to ask for a  longer session in the session itself and extend your session if time permits.
