This week we will explore some Focusing History and some Other Focusing ideas.

This week we experience a full Wholebody Focusing session. Please wear comfortable clothing.

WEEK TWENTY SEVEN (8 May): GROUP PROCESS 1
This week we explore group process in a Focusing context.

WEEK TWENTY eight (22 May): OFFERING EXERCISES BY STUDENTS
